Qualified in the UK Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, professional registration BACP (British Association of Counselors and Psychotherapists), ACC (Association of Christian Counselors), BPS (British Psychological Society). I am continuing my education in the field of psychology. In addition to my private practice, I have worked with mental health organizations such as Mind (IAPT and emergency psychotherapy) and Frontline Therapist (BAME community, psychotherapy for minority communities in the UK), I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, clients with development, so-called learning difficulties and autism. My practice is culturally sensitive and inclusive. I have helped hundreds of clients from various backgrounds in finding ways to regain health, better understand themselves, sense meaning and peace in life.
Year-round registration for Relationship Group Sessions. We practically train in small groups: Getting to know yourself, meaning and purpose in life, the importance of previous experiences, we work on self-esteem, releasing and understanding emotions, improving relationships, changing the way of communication in romantic, friendly and business relationships, over assertiveness, entering new relationships, improving relationships families, with a partner, children.
£25 for 90 minutes 4 sessions a month £100/month Sessions are held in person only at the Lewisham Polish Center from 7:00-8:30 pm.
